South Carolina House Bill S.193 (Animal Cruelty)

Attention S.C. Animal Lovers!! I am asking you to contact your local Legislators and request them to amend a current bill in The House. (BILL S.193) Request that they introduce an #Animal Abuse Registry (modeled after child abuse registry) for those convicted of animal cruelty. The National Humane Education Society has an article on other States leaning towards this animal abuse registry.
